Sacerdotal Golden Jubilee Celebration of Rev. Fr. Cherian Panicker

Sacerdotal Golden Jubilee Celebration of Rev. Fr. Cherian Panicker (1962 – 2012) of the Eparchy of Mavelikara began at St. George Malankara Catholic Church, Karichal, on 17 April 2012. After his ordination, he has served many parishes in the Archdiocese of Trivandrum and the Eparchies of Marthandom, Mavelikara and Pathanamthitta. The jubilee year was inaugurated by Most Rev. Joshua Mar Ignathios. The celebrations started with Holy Qurbono celebrated by the jubilarian. Most Rev. Thomas Mar Anthonios, the Curia Bishop, delivered homily during the Holy Qurbono. Representatives of socio-religious communities, many Rev. Priests, Rev. Sisters and faithful felicitated him. The celebrations ended with agape.
