In connection with the 72nd Memorial Feast of the Venerable Archbishop Mar Ivanios, the 45th annual pilgrimage procession commenced with solemnity under the chief celebrancy of His Eminent Beatitude Cardinal Moran Mor Baselios Cleemis Catholicos, Major Archbishop-Catholicos of the Syro-Malankara Catholic Church. The celebration was further enriched by the concelebration of other reverend bishops and priests.
The sacred liturgy was marked by the offering of the Holy Qurbono, followed by a solemn incense prayer and an inaugural assembly that united the faithful in prayer and fellowship.
The event took place at the Major Archiepiscopal Cathedral, Trivandrum, under the auspices of the Malankara Catholic Youth Movement (MCYM), drawing devotees who came together to honour the enduring spiritual legacy of Mar Ivanios.
