Rev. Dr Shaji John holds postgraduate degrees in Philosophy and Political Science, along with UGC-NET and a PhD. Before arriving at Mar Ivanios College, he served as the Principal of Alphonsa College, Pala, where his efforts in education were widely appreciated.
