Mr Shibu Zachariah Honoured with the Title “Bar Etho Kasiro”

Thiruvalla – The Syro-Malankara Catholic Church has honoured Mr Shibu Zachariah with the prestigious title “Bar Etho Kasiro” (The Diligent Son of Our Church) in recognition of his longstanding dedication and service. The title was conferred by His Grace Most Rev. Dr. Thomas Mor Koorilos, Archbishop of Tiruvalla, alongside His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. Thomas Mor Anthonios, at a felicitation ceremony held at the Cathedral Church Auditorium, Thiruvalla.

Mr Shibu Zachariah, an active lay leader, is the first from the UAE and GCC countries to receive this honour. His dedicated efforts in strengthening the Church’s mission, particularly among the expatriate community, have been widely appreciated.
