Meeting of the Synodal Commission for Ecumenism and Dialogue

The Synodal Commission for Ecumenism and Dialogue convened its meeting on 2nd December 2024 at the Catholicate Centre, the headquarters of the Syro-Malankara Catholic Church in Pattom, Trivandrum.

Leadership and Discussions

The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. Joshua Mor Ignathios, Bishop of Mavelikara and Chairman of the Synodal Commission for Ecumenism and Dialogue. The Commission evaluated its ongoing activities and discussed strategies to foster ecumenical relations and interfaith dialogue in alignment with the Church’s mission.

The meeting arrangements were coordinated by Rev. Fr. George Thekkadayil, Secretary of the Commission, ensuring a well-structured and productive gathering.
