Synodal Commission for Clergy Meeting Held at Catholicate Centre, Pattom

Thiruvananthapuram, 3 February 2025 – The Synodal Commission for Clergy convened its latest meeting at the Catholicate Centre, Pattom, to evaluate and discuss its ongoing initiatives. The session was presided over by His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. Geevarghese Mor Makarios, Chairman of the Clergy Commission.

The gathering served as a crucial platform for reviewing the pastoral responsibilities, spiritual formation, and ongoing development of the clergy within the Syro-Malankara Catholic Church. Various aspects concerning the pastoral welfare, priestly formation, and the holistic well-being of the clergy were deliberated upon.
