Foundation Stone Laid for new Church at Adoor

Foundation stone for the reconstruction of the Sacred Heart Malankara Syrian Catholic Church, Adoor was laid by His Beatitude Moran Mor Baselios Cleemis Catholicos on Sunday, 15 July 2012. The ceremony started with the Holy Qurbono. Most Rev. Dr. Thomas Mar Anthonios OIC, Curia Bishop and a member of the parish and Rt. Rev. Corbishop Thomas Kumbukatt, former Parish Priest concelebrated the Holy Qurbono.  The entire parish community attended the solemn functions. Very Rev. Fr. John Areeckal is the parish priest.
