Bethany Ayurvedic Hospital Inaugurated at Pallipad

Pallipad, Haripad: The Bethany Sisters inaugurated the Bethany Ayurvedic Hospital at their Pallipad center in Pathanamthitta province, dedicating it to the people. The inauguration ceremony was conducted by His Eminent Beatitude Cardinal Moran Mor Baselios Cleemis Catholicos, who emphasized that the hospital’s service should reflect the dedicated spiritual life of the Sisters of the Imitation of Christ (SIC) community.

The event also featured the release of the hospital’s logo and a benedictory speech by Mother Superior General Mother Ardra SIC. The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. Joshua Mor Ignathios, the head of the Mavelikkara diocese.

Dignitaries in Attendance

His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. Samuel Mar Irenios, head of the Pathanamthitta diocese, and His Excellency Most Rev. Yoohanon Mar Chrysostom, Metropolitan, were present. Ramesh Chennithala MLA from Haripad, George Jacob, Pallipad Grama Panchayat President, Ranjini, and ward member Rachel Varghese also attended and addressed the gathering.

Provincial Superior Mother Thamim S.I.C. welcomed the guests, and Administrator Sister Sneha SIC delivered the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all who contributed to the successful inauguration of the hospital.
